Falls Road Corridor Environmental Protection Zone

We serve residents and property owners in our special Resource Conservation (RC) zoned areasin the Eighth District of Baltimore County, Maryland. Our RC zoning protects natural landscapes, preserves environmental resources, and maintains our community's natural character.

Protected Natural Boundaries:
  • 🧭 East: I-83 corridor
  • 🧭 North: Shawan Road, Tufton Avenue
  • 🧭 West: Greenspring Avenue
  • 🧭 South: Joppa Road and Greenspring Valley Road
